Payment Plans

We take great pride in being able to deliver very competitively priced propane and exceptional service to all our customers. Satisfied customers are the foundation upon which Rogers Propane Gas is built.

Since we have been delivering affordable propane to our customers for many years, we have the knowledge and experience that many of our competitors simply do not have. We realize that all of our customers have different needs and expectations, that is why we offer a variety of different payment options. Whether you are a new customer, potential customer, or an existing customer, Rogers is the smart choice for all your propane needs.

Discount for Cash
Our first option is the Discount for Cash payment method. A discount of one cent per gallon is allowed if payment of the delivery is received within 10 days from the date of delivery. Any invoice that remains unpaid 30 days after delivery is subject to a late charge of 1.5% per month. Delivery invoices may also be paid via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

Budget Payment Plan
A second option is the Budget Payment Plan. Customers who sign up for this plan make 12 equal monthly payments throughout the year. The Budget Plan usually starts in June each year but you can sign up any time of the year. The monthly payment is calculated based on the estimated number of gallons you will use during the season, along with an estimated price per gallon. All deliveries are invoiced to the customer at the discounted cash price provided that all budget payments are current.

Prebuy Plan
A third option is the Prebuy Plan. This option is available during the summer months each year. The Prebuy Plan allows you to secure a firm price, at summer rates, for propane deliveries made throughout the heating season (May 1 through April 30). Please contact us for more information on the Prebuy Plan.

Our terms of sale are simple. Keep your account current (no unpaid balance older than 30 days from date of delivery) and we will continue to supply you with propane. We understand that unexpected events can occasionally place our customers in unintended financial circumstances. Should you find yourself unable to keep your account current, please let us know as soon as possible and we will work with you to keep your service from being interrupted.
